Grand Mufti is the head of all muftis of a particular country , and Mufti is a person who translate and explain Islamic laws to the Muslim community answering questions regarding practing of five pillars of Islam ( submission) and Six Pillars of Iman ( Faith) in accordance with Quran and Sunnah , incoporated with applicable wisdom required to answer a question in line with Quran and Sunnah.
Grand Mufti of South Africa is president of the organisation and Director Department of Sharia, He is Charman borad of Directors, Chariman board of Trustees, He is the CEO of the organisation, He is the final deciesion maker, all directors of departments reports back to his office.
